What is the Advantage Waiver Program?

The Advantage Waiver Program serves eligible Oklahomans aged 19 and older. Eligibility Requirements:

Check on the State of Oklahoma’s website, To qualify for the program, participants must:

• Meet the nursing facility level of care as determined by Aging Services Division nursing staff
• Reside in their own home or a family member’s home
